1. Introduction

Welcome to TrueSpec Automotive. By booking an inspection with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

TrueSpec Automotive provides independent, visual pre-purchase car inspections. Our reports are based on the condition of the car at the exact time and date of the inspection. We do not dismantle components or perform invasive mechanical teardowns.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the seller consents to the inspection and provides adequate access to the car, including keys, documentation, and a safe area for the inspector to work. If an inspection cannot be completed due to the seller's refusal, a call-out fee may still apply.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest accuracy, TrueSpec Automotive cannot guarantee the future mechanical reliability of any inspected car. The report is intended as a guide to assist you in making an informed purchasing decision and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee.

5. Payment and Access

Inspection reports are locked upon completion. Full payment must be verified by our administrative team before the digital report is unlocked and made available in your client portal.
